I went to David with help honing my nutrition, since i do crossfit 5 days a week and training for a marathon. I personally believe in doing whatever type of workout you want, some will say that lifting will make your running suffer and whatnot. I told David i wanted to do both, he listened and we came up with a nutrition plan that allowed me to tackle all this training and not make me feel tired, ensuring i got the right amount of nutrition, calories and protein. As an added bonus i gained a lot of muscle and lost weight while lifting heavier and never slowing down. David listens and comes up with a plan together.
