After personally losing 30 pounds in just 3 months following my own mental health struggles, I realized the power of combining proper nutrition, exercise, goal setting, and better sleep to transform not only my body but my mindset. A key part of my transformation, and now my coaching, is kettlebell training—my number one method for building lean muscle, burning fat, and improving overall fitness. Through my business, Triple Threat Transformation, I use kettlebell workouts along with the principles of movement, mindset, and manifestation to empower others to become stronger, healthier, and more confident. My Story

Starting as a skinny teenager, my passion for weightlifting and my Marine Corps training shaped my expertise in fitness. After facing personal health challenges in early 2020, I overcame them through a disciplined lifestyle change, which led me to discover the true power of proper nutrition, exercise, and mental resilience. This is where I was able to lose 30 pounds in 90 days. That experience inspired me to turn my journey into a mission to help others transform their lives.

I’ve found kettlebell training to be the most effective way to help my clients build lean muscle, burn fat, and achieve long-term results. This efficient, functional training method can be done anywhere and is perfect for busy people looking for real change.

Through Triple Threat Transformation, I aim to inspire and reach millions with dynamic fitness programs and community-driven events. I’m expanding my kettlebell training sessions and growing my online fitness and nutrition services to make an impact on more people. I also organize bi-monthly hikes and collaborate with local fitness groups to promote healthy living and get more people engaged in their fitness journeys.
